0-1 year of experience in IT support, System Maintenance, Software installation, Data Backup, troubleshooting, documentation, network support, and security monitoring.

Requirements:
Education: Any bachelor's degree
Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in IT support or administration (internships, part-time roles,



or self-taught experience welcome).

Basic Knowledge of:
Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Network concepts (e.g., IP addresses, DNS, routers, switches).
Hardware components (e.g., computers, printers, servers).
Office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Soft skills:

Problem-Solving: Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
