Job Description

Embark on a transformative journey as a VP – BA Client Journey Execution, where you will support the organisation in delivering its strategic objectives through the identification, definition, and delivery of business requirements and solutions that address complex business problems and opportunities.

In this role, you will work in close partnership with Product Owners and Technology teams to shape and deliver market‑leading digital products and client journeys, ensuring solutions are customer‑centric, scalable, and aligned to regulatory, operational, and strategic priorities. You will play a key role in driving the end‑to‑end onboarding and KYC journey, ensuring productive execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and pace of delivery across complex change initiatives.

Key Critical Skills Include
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial services or regulated environments.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with Product Owners within Agile delivery models to implement market‑leading digital products and client journeys.




- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end client onboarding journeys, with KYC knowledge considered highly desirable.
- Formal change methodology qualifications, such as Agile Practitioner, Lean, and/or Six Sigma.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively across business, product, operations, compliance, and technology teams.
- A proven track record of delivering complex programmes at pace, managing ambiguity while maintaining delivery discipline and high-quality outcomes.
