Join us as an US Collections VP at Barclays, where you'll spearhead the evolution of our operations department.

To Be Successful, You Should Have Experience With
- This is a largely work in office Leadership of the team & Real Time availability of the VP for US Stake-holder interactions in US Timings. This is not a Remote Work from Home Assignment as it requires in Person.
- Provision of Leadership in the Noida Office for the US Operations.
- Deep US Collections Voice expertise ( This will be preferred.)

Ability to work in a permanent Night Shift in USCB Collections Voice Operations. ( Note: The US Collections Voice Operation works from approx.. 6PM to 930 AM next day in shifts across 7 days a week. )

Be available for US Stakeholder interactions ( Mon thru Fri ) in the window 6 PM to 4 AM IST. ( Note: There is no option of log outs prior to 3 AM IST. )
- Have, the ability to manage Collections and Voice Service levels and metrics 7 days a week at period hour levels.
- Graduate in any discipline with Min.



Operating Leadership at AVP+ level of 100+ resources in US Collections Cards for min. of 5 years in a direct people leadership position.
- Strong understanding of Risk and Control in a banking environment.
