Summary:
The Lead Software Engineer (LSE) will act as a senior technical leader. This role demands mastery of either Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle SOA Suite technical hands-on integration skills, and the ability to mentor teams while driving scalable, customer-focused solutions. This position will spearhead innovation, guide and mentor development teams, design and deliver solution design.

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Implement ERP technical solutions by translating functional requirements into executable designs using interfaces, APIs, and automation frameworks.
2.



Design, build, and optimize integrations leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and ERP APIs to ensure seamless data flow across modules and external systems.
3. Develop and manage ERP interfaces and FBDI processes for O2C and /or P2P flows, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
4. Collaborate closely with functional engineers to validate business processes and define the technical execution path (e.g., transaction automation, invoice imports, credit memo handling).
5. Create detailed technical design specifications from functional requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with ERP standards.
6. Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for stakeholders, showcasing ERP integrations, automation, and performance improvements.
