Job Requirements
As a member of Tanishq IBD’s Content Team, this role will own and drive website content excellence across International Markets. The Functional Copy Writer will be responsible for end-to-end BAU website content, content calendar management, SEO-led copy, blogs, structural page content, and enrichment planning, shoot coordination and execution across regional websites.
This role will work in close collaboration with the Content Lead and cross-functional teams to prioritise workflows based on business needs.
Beyond execution, the role will ensure content contributes to measurable business outcomes including improved discoverability, stronger engagement across formats, and enrichment ratios defined by Business teams.
The role will lead the enrichment process across markets, coordinating with India-based teams on shoot planning, content utility, and timely website updates. This includes managing content data flows, ensuring structured renaming and uploads, and maintaining consistency in shoot output, uploads and creative quality across platforms.
The individual will:




• Maintain and evolve brand tone of voice across markets
• Ensure content quality through solid editorial standards and responsible AI usage
• Update and optimise content banks (image and copy) on a cyclical basis
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline shoot and enrichment workflows
• Support customer-facing platforms (Quora, Reddit, CRM responses) with aligned brand communication.
The role supports day-to-day content needs while actively contributing to larger brand- and business-led initiatives across regions.
Weekly coordination with factory and merchandising teams will ensure upcoming product launches are content-ready in advance.
Over time, the role is expected to take increasing ownership of content process improvements, regional content standards and scalable enrichment frameworks across markets.
