Role Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Lead at Godrej Properties Limited, your primary responsibility is to
attract, source, and recruit top talent to support our strategic goals and ensure our continued
growth in the real estate sector. You will lead the talent acquisition team, develop and
implement recruitment strategies, and foster relationships with key stakeholders to build a




robust talent pipeline that aligns with our company's values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to refine and improve the hiring process continually.
2. Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.

3. Talent Sourcing:
• Identify and utilize various sourcing channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
