Scope: Lead Project Cost Control Initiative to ensure overall Capex within approved budget and Management Reporting on Project progress indicating Cost Variance, actual Spent and Forecasted Cash Flow. Ensuring funding of project commitments as per Schedule and engage with teams for financial planning, analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis - Guidance on preparing comprehensive financial plans and establish operating performance measurement metrics. Develop and present root cause analyses for performance variances.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization Continuous monitoring of Actual Commitment , Cash flow , Forecasted Cost with respect to approved Capex and working on improvement plan.
- Risk Management and Compliance - Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively and efficiently. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Policies, Processes and Procedures - Create standard policies, processes, procedures that align with RIL business objectives, and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
