Role & responsibilities

Role Summary:

Drive sales & market share in assigned territory by managing dealerships, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve sales volume & market share targets

* Prepare sales forecasts & performance reports

* Track dealer performance and conduct reviews

* Develop & execute sales/marketing plans

* Analyze market trends & competitor activities

* Generate leads via events, promotions & digital campaigns

* Support dealers with training, infrastructure & operations

* Handle customer queries/complaints; ensure satisfaction

* Monitor inventory, coordinate with internal teams

* Ensure compliance with company policies & timely claim settlements

Skills & Qualifications:

* FULL Time MBA

* 2-4 yrs sales experience (Automobile/FMCG/FMCD/Telecommunication/Tyer Battery preferred)

* Robust communication, analytical & negotiation skills

* Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools

* Ability to travel within territory

Max age limit 30 Yrs
