Role & responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, and detailed cost estimates based on drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, subcontractor bills, and client billing.
- Conduct rate analysis, material reconciliation, and cost calculations.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost variations throughout the project.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations, and comparative statements.
- Verify site measurements and ensure quantities are as per BOQ and actual execution.
- Identify and manage variation, extra items, and deviation works.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, Planning, Procurement, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, BOQ, contracts,



and supporting documents.
- Assist in contract administration, claims, final billing, and project close-out.

Preferred candidate profile
- 10-15 years of experience in Quantity Surveying in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, Billing, Estimation, Rate Analysis, Tendering & Cost Control.
- Valuable experience in Client/Subcontractor Billing, Variations & Final Accounts.
- Proficient in MS Excel and QS-related software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and coordination skills.
