For Male: JUNIOR RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE (JRE)

For Female: CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (CCE)

Eligibility criteria:-
- Must be a Graduate (excluding BTech/BE/LLB/Distance/Open)
- Atleast 06 months in any field
- Fluency in the local language
- Candidate should be from the local area or ready to relocate
- Computer knowledge is mandatory
- Age below 30 years

Duties & Responsibilities:-
- Achieving the allotted branch targets.
- Acquiring new customers and addressing all product inquiries through branch walk-ins, sales activities, marketing promotions, etc.
- Regular follow-up for interest collection and NPA reduction.




- Responsible for regular branch operations including KYC process, gold appraisal, robust room operations, gold packet preparation, closures and renewals.
- Cross-selling all products and increasing branch walk-ins.
- Ensuring error-free audit reports and proper compliance at the branch.
- Maintaining punctuality, discipline and a high level of morality in line with the ethics & values of the company.
- Cost control.
- Other duties as instructed by higher authority.
