Role Description The Service Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mangaluru. The Service Advisor will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their service requirements, and preparing accurate job cards and service estimates.



This role involves coordinating vehicle inspections and repairs with the workshop team, monitoring service progress, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles. The Service Advisor will communicate service recommendations clearly, explain invoices and work performed, and address customer queries and concerns. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining service records, promoting recommended services and genuine parts, handling aftersales follow-up calls, and supporting initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Strong customer interaction abilities, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service skills.
Effective Communication skills, with the capacity to explain technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
Experience or familiarity with Aftersales processes, including service follow-up, feedback handling, and customer retention activities.
