Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Principal UI Engineer to join the EDA tools development team in Pune.

Accountabilities
- Lead UI Modernization Initiatives
Drive the migration of legacy UI codebases into newer, scalable platforms (e.g., Java/Swing, web‑based frameworks). Use AI‑powered code‑transformation and refactoring tools to accelerate modernization efforts.
- Define Future‑Facing User Experiences
Ensure Lattice EDA tools deliver intuitive, coherent, and productive user experiences across platforms—enabling engineers to design, debug, and optimize FPGA systems with ease.
- Cross‑Functional Architectural Ownership
Translate marketing requirements into UI architecture, UX flows, interaction models, and functional specifications. Own the design intent throughout implementation.
