As Cluster Head for Rajasthan, you will lead the delivery of large-scale solar, wind, and hybrid projects across one of India's most dynamic renewable energy regions. This is your opportunity to drive real impact — building the clean energy infrastructure that will define tomorrow.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end construction management of multiple renewable energy projects across the Rajasthan cluster, ensuring protected, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
- Oversee site execution planning, resource mobilization, logistics coordination, and contractor deployment across all project locations.
- Provide strategic oversight of civil, mechanical, electrical, and SCADA construction activities while ensuring adherence to quality assurance plans and EPC contract requirements.
- Supervise pre-commissioning, SAT, and commissioning activities, coordinating with grid operators, vendors, and Owner's Engineers for grid synchronization and regulatory approvals.
- Champion a zero-tolerance safety culture by driving HSE compliance, conducting audits, and leading incident investigations across all sites.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with local authorities, utilities, landowners, community leaders, and regulatory bodies to secure timely approvals and permits.
- Monitor project budgets, cost performance, and risk mitigation strategies while providing regular progress dashboards to senior leadership.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in construction management within renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
