We are looking for a driven and detail -oriented Inside Sales Executive who will be the backbone of our outbound sales motion. This role spans the full sales cycle — from identifying the right prospects to booking qualified meetings and supporting the sales head in closing deals. You will be the first voice a prospect hears and the last detail that keeps our CRM clean.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Pipeline Development
- Define, research, and continuously refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in alignment with the Sales Head
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists across industries relevant to SAP solutions
- Execute structured cold calling and email outreach campaigns with explicit messaging and follow -up cadences
Outreach & Campaign Execution
- Plan and run multi -touch email campaigns using Zoho
- Personalize outreach based on industry, company size, and buyer persona
- Track open rates, response rates, and conversion metrics; iterate based on data
Meeting Fixing & Discovery
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria before passing to the sales team
- Schedule and conduct Level 1 discovery calls to understand prospect pain points, current systems, and SAP readiness
- Represent Kannanware professionally in client -facing meetings when required
Sales Support & CRM Discipline
- Support the Sales Head with research, presentations, and follow -up coordination
- Maintain CRM (leads, contacts, activities, pipeline stages) with rigorous accuracy and daily discipline
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in ERP solutions
- Familiarity with SAP ecosystem is a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Tamil proficiency is a plus
- Hands -on with CRM tools and comfortable with sales automation platforms
- Self -starter with high ownership, resilience on cold calls, and a structured approach to follow -ups
- Willingness to travel within Chennai and occasionally to client sites
