Responsibilities

Surveying and assessing the loss, evaluating the value of the claim, and identifying the impacted parts of the vehicle

Involve interactions with the customers of our clients, making excellent soft skills and customer satisfaction a priority and satisfying queries of the insured.

Assessing the liability under the contract of insurance, Timely assessment & the ability to meet submission deadlines are crucial aspects of this role.

Conduct surveys using auto level and other survey equipment to gather data accurately and visiting the site to collect evidence of loss, i.e. Photographs, Videos, Statements/ CCTV Footage, etc

Collecting documents from customer (Claim forms, RC, DL, SV & KYC) and Claim inspection MIS need to be maintained

After allotting of claims, within 24 hr inspection need to be completed,



Validating the bills & documents from customer or repairer of claims and process the payments

Adherence to all trainings as assigned by the organization

Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Degree:Graduate/PG/3 Years Diploma
Additional Qualification:Certifications in insurance are highly valued.
Experience:0-7 Years
Age:19- 35 Years
Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Knowledge of Products:Sound market knowledge about the latest insurance products.
