Role
Summary

The Office
Manager cum HR Operations cum Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring the
smooth functioning of the office while managing end-to-end HR operations and
administrative activities. The role focuses on creating an efficient workplace,
ensuring compliance with HR processes, supporting employee lifecycle
management, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining office infrastructure to
enable seamless business operations.

Requirements

Office
Administration

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the
office.

- Ensure office infrastructure, utilities,
equipment, and facilities are maintained.

- Manage housekeeping, pantry, security,
transport, and other facility-related services.

- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs,
and vendor service schedules.

- Maintain office assets, inventory,
stationery, and consumables.

- Monitor office expenses and
administrative budgets.

- Coordinate travel bookings,
accommodation, and visitor management.

- Ensure workplace safety and compliance
with company policies.

HR
Operations

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle
from onboarding to exit.

- Coordinate employee documentation,
background verification, and induction.

- Maintain employee records and HRMS
accurately.

- Ensure timely issuance of appointment
letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, experience letters, and
other HR documents.

- Coordinate payroll inputs including
attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and employee
data.

- Administer employee attendance and leave
management.

- Coordinate employee confirmation,
probation reviews, and exit formalities.

- Ensure statutory documentation and HR
compliance are maintained.

- Support HR audits and maintain required
records.

Employee
Engagement & HR Support





- Organize employee engagement activities
and celebrations.

- Coordinate employee communication and
internal announcements.

- Support Learning & Development
initiatives and training logistics.

- Handle employee queries related to HR
operations and office administration.

- Promote a positive workplace culture and
employee experience.

- Coordinate interview scheduling between
candidates and hiring managers.

- Assist in onboarding activities for new
employees.

- Coordinate joining formalities and
employee orientation.

Vendor
& Facility Management

- Manage relationships with facility
vendors and service providers.

- Negotiate vendor contracts and monitor
service quality.

- Process vendor invoices and coordinate
payments with Finance.

- Ensure timely renewal of AMC contracts
and office service agreements.

Compliance
& Documentation

- Ensure adherence to company policies and
administrative procedures.

- Maintain HR and administrative records
with complete confidentiality.

- Support ISO, internal audits, and
statutory compliance activities.

- Prepare MIS reports related to HR
operations, administration, attendance, and office expenses.
