Description

The Current Account NTB Product & Portfolio Manager is responsible for driving New-to-Bank (NTB) Current Account acquisition performance by supporting sales channels with acquisition tools, portfolio monitoring, analytics, and channel management. The role ensures high-quality sourcing, portfolio health, and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

- Support sales teams across channels for Current Account NTB acquisition.
- Manage acquisition tools, onboarding journeys, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Monitor portfolio quality, activation, and customer engagement.
- Track channel productivity, conversion, and sourcing quality.
- Travel across regions and branches for on-ground insights, understanding RM challenges and customer behavior trends.
- Prepare MIS reports and work closely with the analytics team to generate insights, dashboards, and leadership updates.
- Drive compliance with KYC requirements, vendor governance standards, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with Sales,



Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to drive business objectives.
- Manage channel partnerships and performance improvement initiatives.

KPIs

NTB acquisition growth, account activation, portfolio quality, vendor onboarding and enable digital tools/automation for effective RM Functioning, training of tools, conduct business review meetings and portfolio profitability.

Qualifications

Qualifications

- MBA/Graduate

Experience

3-5 years of banking experience in liabilities, current account acquisition, portfolio management, sales enablement, team management and channel management.
