Job Summary


The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Merchandising (D2C) will support end -to -end merchandising operations for the Direct -to -Consumer business of a kids wear brand. The role involves assortment planning, vendor coordination, sourcing support, pricing analysis, sell -through tracking, and collaboration with cross -functional teams to drive category growth and profitability. The ideal candidate should possess solid merchandising knowledge, market understanding, and hands -on experience in apparel retail operations.

Key Responsibilities


- Support annual buying plans aligned with business targets for value and volume.





- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely sourcing and cost -effective procurement.

- Assist in supplier evaluation, vendor performance tracking, and sourcing initiatives.

- Support development of seasonal product ranges based on consumer trends and market insights.

- Execute merchandising strategies for D2C channels to improve sales and profitability.

- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend tracking for product planning.

- Maintain an optimal assortment mix across pricing, quality, and styles.
