Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to lead plant operations, ensuring efficient execution, manpower management, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in heavy industrial operations with proven leadership and client management experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end branch and plant operations.

- Manage production & dispatch operations to ensure smooth execution.

- Coordinate maintenance activities and maximize equipment availability.

- Oversee manpower deployment, productivity, and statutory safety compliance.

- Control operational costs, inventory,



diesel consumption, and resource utilization.

- Build robust client relationships and participate in operational review meetings.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.

- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements

- 9+ years of experience in plant operations, mining services, material handling, or heavy industrial operations.

- Exposure to steel plant auxiliary operations will be an added advantage.
