â Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high -fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
â Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides.
â Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.
â Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high -quality standards.
â Revisions and Feedback: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
â Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and resources.
â Technical Proficiency: Use design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.) proficiently to produce high -quality graphics.
Requirements
Core Competencies
â Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
â 1+ years of experience in UI and graphic design with a strong portfolio.
â Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
â Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.
â Experience with animation and motion design.
â Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
â Excellent visual design skills, with attention to detail, typography, and color theory.
â Solid communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
â Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs effectively.
â Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
