Job Description: As a Frontend Developer with a focus on UI/UX design, you will be responsible for building visually appealing, functional, and responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies. You will also be expected to contribute to the UX/UI design process by collaborating with designers to ensure that the user experience is seamless and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Frontend Development:

- Build and maintain responsive, interactive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Translate UI/UX designs into fully functional, clean, and efficient code.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback to design teams when necessary.

- UI/UX Design Collaboration:

- Collaborate with designers to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

- Participate in user research and usability testing to identify opportunities for design improvements.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

- Responsive Design:

- Ensure all websites are fully responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).

- Cross-Browser Compatibility:

- Test and ensure compatibility across different browsers and platforms.

- Code Quality and Maintenance:

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.





- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

- Collaboration & Agile Workflows:

- Work closely with product managers, backend developers, and other stakeholders in an agile environment.

- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.

- Solid understanding of CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS).

- Familiarity with responsive web design principles.

- Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

- Basic understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, RESTful APIs) is a plus.

- Design Skills:

- Strong eye for design with an understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.

- Ability to create pixel-perfect designs and prototypes based on user feedback.

- Understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate them into functional code.

- Soft Skills:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- A strong portfolio showcasing your frontend development and UI/UX design work is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).

- Familiarity with design systems and design tokens.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementing accessible web designs.

- Experience in agile methodologies and version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
