LogicLadder is seeking an Onboarding Specialist, Customer Success to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new customers, ensuring they understand the full capabilities of our Sustainability Cloud platforms, and setting them up for long-term success. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving adoption, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Develop and execute customized onboarding plans for new customers, ensuring timely and successful implementation of our Sustainability Cloud platforms.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, providing clear and concise communication.

- Configure and set up customer accounts, ensuring accurate data integration and platform customization.

- Conduct regular check-ins, training sessions, and demos to ensure customers understand the features and perks of our platforms.

- Provide real time solutions related to software, networking, servers issues

- Develop and deliver training sessions to educate customers on the usage and best practices of our Sustainability Cloud platforms.

- Monitor customer adoption and provide guidance to ensure they are getting the most value from our platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.

- Assist customers in aligning sustainability initiatives with BRSR reporting requirements, ensuring data is captured and structured for compliance.

- Support clients in identifying, tracking, and reporting ESG metrics as per BRSR frameworks and disclosures.





- Provide guidance on integrating BRSR-related KPIs within the platform for improved transparency and reporting

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with sustainability and environmental concepts is desirable.

- Familiarity with sustainability, environmental concepts, and BRSR/ESG reporting frameworks is desirable.​

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in onboarding, customer success, or technical support.

- Experience with SaaS platforms and data analytics tools is a plus.

- Track and analyze key onboarding metrics, such as time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and adoption rates.

- Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on onboarding performance and customer health.

- Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes and improvements based on customer feedback.

Good to have :

- Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation in the context of sustainability and environmental metrics.

- Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to sustainability, such as,BRSR/ESG .

- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure, can be helpful for managing data and applications.

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as ZOHO, can be helpful for managing customer interactions and data
