Key
Responsibilities:
- Making quotations and
sharing the same on mail to customers.
- Entering the orders
received in Jewellery Software.
- Good
understanding of costing and pricing manually in Jewellery.
- Coordinate with the
production team for orders.
- Making sure the orders are
dispatched on time.
- Customer coordination.
- Good understanding of shipment building and shipment release.
- Foster a
collaborative and innovative team
culture.
- Collaborate with cross -functional
teams to align CRM initiatives with overall
business objectives.
Requirements
- HSC+ ,
Graduate is preferred
- 3+ Years of experience in jewellery industry
- Good Experience of
EMR is must
- Experience in Export Market
- Good communication skills - English and Hindi
- Good Grip in Excel
- Solid analytical and problem -solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
