We are looking for a proactive and customer -focused CRM Executive to manage client interactions, improve customer experience, and drive retention in a fast -paced IT/ITES environment.



If you are strong in client communication, CRM tools, and relationship management, this is a great opportunity to grow ?



Key Responsibilities:




✔ Manage and maintain client relationships & communication


✔ Handle CRM tools (Salesforce / Zoho / HubSpot, etc.)


✔ Track leads, follow -ups & customer interactions


✔ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction & retention


✔ Coordinate with sales, support & operations teams


✔ Generate reports, dashboards & MIS


✔ Resolve client queries and ensure timely closure


✔ Support customer onboarding and engagement initiatives






Requirements
- Experience in CRM tools & customer management systems

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills





- Knowledge of lead management & customer lifecycle

- Analytical mindset with reporting skills (MIS, dashboards)

- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks

- Problem -solving and customer -first approach

- Basic understanding of IT/ITES environment


Preferred Qualifications:


- Any Graduate / MBA (preferred)

- Experience in IT services, BPO, SaaS, or customer support roles
