URGENT HIRING – CONSULTANT INTENSIVIST

Location: Kadapa (Cuddapah), Andhra Pradesh

POSITION

Consultant Intensivist – Critical Care / ICU

QUALIFICATION

• DM Critical Care

OR

• DrNB Critical Care

REGISTRATION

• Valid NMC / Andhra Pradesh State Medical Council Registration

EXPERIENCE

• Experienced candidates preferred

• Candidates with strong hands-on ICU and Critical Care experience will be given preference

SALARY

₹4.00 Lakhs – ₹4.50 Lakhs per Month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently manage critically ill patients in the ICU

• Assess, stabilize, and treat medical and surgical emergencies

• Manage ventilated patients, sepsis, shock, respiratory failure, and multi-organ dysfunction

• Provide comprehensive critical care and hemodynamic management

• Perform ICU procedures including intubation, central line insertion, arterial line placement, and emergency airway management as per expertise

• Conduct regular ICU rounds and monitor patient progress

• Coordinate with consultants, surgeons, emergency physicians,



and multidisciplinary teams

• Guide ICU nursing staff regarding critical care protocols and patient management

• Maintain accurate ICU documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries

• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and critical care protocols

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong expertise in Critical Care Medicine

• Excellent ventilator management and emergency response skills

• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership abilities

• Good communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills

• Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach
