Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, processes, and systems.

- Analyze and document detailed business requirements, including business rules, functional specifications, and system requirements.

- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.

- Translate business needs into software requirements that are clear, precise, and actionable for developers.

- Work with the project manager to prioritize requirements based on business value and technical complexity.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that the requirements are implemented as intended.

- Develop user stories and use cases that explain the requirements in a way that is easily understood by both business and technical team members.

- Create data flow diagrams, process models, and wireframes to assist with design and development.

- Support the Quality Assurance team in creating test plans and validating test results.

- Participate in the Agile/Scrum process, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Conduct business and systems analysis and design; understands user interface design.

- Assist with change management and user adoption of the system.





- Perform user acceptance testing and ensure the developed software meets the business requirements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a custom software development environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing abilities.

- Familiarity with business analysis tools for requirements management, process modeling, and wireframing (e.g., JIRA, Balsamiq, Lucidchart).

- Understanding of databases, SQL, and other query languages.

- Knowledge of user experience design and user testing principles.

- Availability to work flexible hours when necessary to accommodate international clients or teams.

Preferred Skill:

- Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Skilled in Business Analysis).

- Experience with CRM, ERP, or other large integrated systems.

- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
