HR ACTIVITIES

• Generating profiles through various internet job portals.

• Screening the profiles as per the job specifications.

• Conducting initial interviews of the candidates.

• Arranging interviews and follow up

• Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational qualification: MBA (HR) freshers

2. Professional skills: MS-word, MS-excel, MS-PowerPoint, smart usage of resources available on internet, excellent verbal and written communication in English.

3. Behavior skills : Problem solving, self-work prioritization,maintaining excellent qualified relations with all the functional teams
