1.Support of Production Planning & Management:

Monitor each stage,
ensuring flawless craftsmanship and adherence to design specifications.
3. Vendor & Team Management:
Manage and coordinate
with artisans, craftsmen, and external vendors for raw materials, settings, and
polki sourcing.
Lead and mentor a team
of production staff, enhancing productivity and skills.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Jewelry Manufacturing,
Production Management, or a related field.
2. Expertise in polki and gold jewelry production processes.
3. Solid leadership and team management abilities.
4. Excellent organizational and problem -solving skills.
5. Familiarity with inventory management systems and production software.
- Based on technical skills, team size managed, and production line exposure.
