We are seeking a
seasoned Product Marketing Manager to drive global positioning,
messaging, and demand for FinnAxia, our flagship lending platform. This
role will be pivotal in shaping how the product is perceived across India, Middle East & Africa (MEA), and Southeast Asia (SEA), working closely
with product, sales, and regional teams.

The ideal
candidate brings 8+ years of experience in the banking domain, with strong exposure to enterprise SaaS marketing, solution positioning, and
GTM strategy.

Key
Responsibilities include

A. Product Positioning & Messaging

1. Own and evolve FinnAxia’s value proposition across banks.

2. Craft region-specific messaging aligned to market
maturity (India vs MEA vs SEA)

B. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

1. Lead end-to-end GTM planning for product launches,
upgrades, and regional expansion.

2. Partner with regional sales to create Partner with regional
sales to create market entry strategies for key geographies

3. Align GTM with long sales cycles (12–18 months) typical
of transaction banking platforms

C. Sales Enablement

1. Develop high-impact sales assets: pitch decks, battle
cards, ROI calculators, case studies.

2. Support large deal pursuits with customized
storytelling and solution positioning.

3. Train sales teams across regions on product narratives and
differentiation

D. Demand Generation & Campaigns

1. Collaborate with demand gen teams to drive pipeline-building
campaigns for both transformation for existing customers and GA releases
for prospects.

2. Design account-based marketing (ABM)



programs for
product positioning in strategic accounts.

3. Leverage digital, events, partnerships, and analyst relations
to build visibility

E. Market & Competitive Intelligence

1. Track competitor offerings (Newgen, Intellect, etc.) and build competitive
intelligence frameworks

2. Identify market trends in transaction banking (global
payables, global receivables, FSCM, liquidity management)

3. Translate insights into product and marketing
strategies.

F. Customer & Analyst Engagement

1. Develop compelling customer success product stories and
testimonials.

2. Work with analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IBSi, etc.) to
strengthen positioning.

3. Represent the product in industry forums, events, and
thought leadership platforms

G. Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Act as the bridge between Product, Sales, Pre-sales, and
Marketing

2. Influence product roadmap based on market feedback and
regional needs

Requirements

Requirement

1. 10+ years in product
marketing / solution marketing in banking domain.

2. Strong experience in transaction banking platforms.

3. Prior experience in companies like Intellect Design, China
Systems, Newgen etc.

4. Proven track record in global markets (India, MEA, SEA)

5. Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and
banking buyers

6. Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and influencing
skills

Preferred Experience

1. Exposure to Financial Supply
Chain Management (FSCM), Liquidity Management, Trade Finance, Global
Payables, Global Receivables

2. Experience working with banks,
specifically on transaction banking modules

3. Familiarity with regulatory
nuances across regions

4. Experience in analyst relations,
competitor intelligence and large deal support, Services Marketing
