Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports,sales pipeline also enhance our business activities. Manage teams, Promote and sell company medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on sales performance
- Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans
- Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities
- Comprehensive pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience including, meeting doctors, chemists and managing the distributors.
- Responsible for achieving primary as well as secondary targets month after month for the HQs assigned
- Adept in implementing sales and marketing activities and accelerating the business growth.
- Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data,
periodical forecasting and reporting to Regional and Zonal heads.
- Present technical information clearly, concisely, and persuasively to customers.
- Develop and manage efficient distribution network for sales.
- Managing, training, motivating and developing existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
