Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI -driven workflows
- Build, train, and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive, high -volume tasks inside Zoho CRM.
- Integrate AI solutions with Zoho One (CRM, People, Desk, Flow, etc.).
- Ensure data security, compliance, and seamless user experience.
- Work with cross -functional teams to identify automation opportunities and measure outcomes.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- Additional certifications in Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator / Automation / AI -ML will be an advantage.
Skills Required
Zoho CRM & Automation:
Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, workflows, blueprints, custom modules, API integrations.
Experience orchestrating multi -app workflows and third -party integrations.
