Have a minimum of 4–7 years of experience in CX strategy, service design, or strategic UX research
Have deep hands-on experience with Miro and Figma for journey mapping, service blueprints, and workshop facilitation
Have excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to facilitate workshops and present to client leadership
Be able to drive deliverables forward autonomously while taking direction from a Lead Strategist

We are seeking a skilled, highly analytical CX Researcher & Strategist (Mid-Level) to join our growing CX department on a freelance basis. This is a hands-on, strategic role that bridges deep customer understanding with practical service and digital experience design. You will take ownership across both the Discovery and Definition phases of complex client projects.

Working with high-level guidance from a Lead Strategist and Project Manager, you will independently lead stakeholder interviews, conduct strategic analysis, build comprehensive customer journey maps, frame actionable opportunities, and co-facilitate cooperative client workshops.
