About the Role
Intellipaat is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through high-performing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and data-driven growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Own key performance metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue contribution.
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and scale successful campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
Collaborate with Creative, Content, Sales, Product,



and Business teams to improve campaign performance and conversions.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, audience behavior, and emerging digital acquisition channels.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive utilization to achieve business targets.
Track and analyze the complete marketing funnel using relevant analytics and attribution tools.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency.
Experiment with new channels, audiences, campaign formats, and acquisition strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
min 5 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Candidates with prior EdTech experience will be strongly preferred.
Experience in B2C lead generation and performance marketing will be an added advantage.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Strong understanding of paid acquis
