POSITION | MIS Lead

The MIS Lead will be the single point of ownership for management information systems across functions that report directly to the co-founders, beginning with Operations, LX, Tech Infrastructure, Finance, and the Career Advancement Cell (CAC). Rather than each department building its own reporting in isolation, this role designs one coherent data architecture that serves all five, so the leadership gets a consistent, cross-functional view instead of disconnected trackers.



This is a systems-design and ownership role, not a report-writing one.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-functional MIS ownership
Design a single MIS architecture that unifies data across Operations, LX, Tech Infrastructure, Finance, and CAC, so the COO can move between departments within one consistent system rather than five separate ones.
Set common data standards across definitions, refresh cycles, ownership, and access levels that apply uniformly across all five functions.
Prioritize and sequence MIS build-out across departments based on the COO's most pressing reporting gaps.
Act as the connective voice across departments, regularly engaging Ops, LX, Tech, Finance, and CAC leads to align them on why the MIS exists and how it serves the institution's broader vision, not just their individual reporting needs.
