Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing business operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with eInfochips’ core values and long-term vision.



Day-to-day responsibilities include setting goals and performance metrics, guiding cross-functional teams, managing key stakeholder relationships, and making data-informed decisions on resource allocation and investment. The Owner will also monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and support innovation in product engineering and semiconductor services, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work setting.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in ownership or senior leadership roles within technology, engineering, or semiconductor services, with a track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities, including experience in setting organizational priorities, managing budgets, and guiding cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of product engineering and digital technologies (such as IoT, AI/ML
