Auto Driver Recruitment Associate

Location: Delhi NCR (Field Role – Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad & Gurugram)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Auto Driver Recruitment Associate to help onboard auto drivers who have already registered on the Uber platform but have not yet completed their first trip. In this field-based role, you will meet drivers, guide them through the activation process, resolve basic issues, and help them complete their first ride so they can start earning.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet and engage with registered auto drivers in the field.
- Explain the benefits of driving with Uber and answer driver queries.
- Assist drivers in completing the onboarding and account activation process.
- Follow up with drivers until they successfully complete their first trip.
- Resolve basic onboarding and app-related issues or escalate them when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and activation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and progress.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass or Diploma.
- Prior experience as a Field Executive, Sales Executive, Driver Acquisition Executive, or in a similar field role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable traveling and working in the field.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Uber or other ride-hailing platforms is an added advantage.
- Work Location Field-based role across Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram.
