-Commerce Executive – Flipkart & Amazon

We are hiring an E-Commerce Executive with hands-on experience in Flipkart Seller Hub and preferably Amazon Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings, catalogues, inventory & seller accounts.

Handle Flipkart Ads and promotional campaigns.

Manage Amazon Ads and promotional campaigns.

Manage orders, returns, cancellations, disputes & seller support tickets.

Monitor seller ratings, scorecards, compliance & account performance.

Coordinate with warehouse teams for dispatch and returns.

Plan campaigns such as Big Billion Days (BBD) and Amazon sale events.

Analyze sales performance and marketplace trends.

Manage Flipkart Smart Fulfilment (FSF) inventory where applicable.

Manage Amazon FBA/FBM operations where applicable.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Flipkart Seller Hub experience.

Strong knowledge of marketplace operations and catalogue management.

Experience with Amazon Seller Central is an advantage.

Positive Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Ability to independently manage marketplace operations.
