Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Overall

1. Accountable for achieving business & customer centricity targets

2. Network expansion through primary & secondary network touch points.

3. Work on strategies to ensure channel partners profitability & viability.

4. Build capability of MEAL Zonal teams and Dealer teams for outstanding CX delivery, sales outperformance

5. Manage customer concerns and escalations with BIC TAT and FTR resolution

6. Collaborate closely with AD teams to ensure success of EVs across value chain

7. Partner ecosystem management - Public charging identification, channel and retail finance etc

Sales Specific

1. Responsible for Volumes and Market share for each state/region

2. Manage customer experiences at all sales touch points through capability development of channel partner/teams

3. Create Customer insight driven winning strategies to drive EV sales

4. Channel partner and team performance management through deployment of strong governance systems

5. Sales planning: Work on rolling plans (N+2) with each RSBM

6. Optimise incentive schemes for the zone

7. Utilization of zonal budgets effectively for funnel management

8. Ensure optimum debtor no.

Dealer Management

1. Ensure dealer motivation and engagement

2. Build robust relationships with Dealer principals

3. Align policies with respect to workforce, funds and infrastructure

4. Training & development cadence and inputs to training content for Dealer teams

5. Support success of brand initiatives

Experience

Experience between 15 to 20 years across (preferred - EV automotive sales)

Industry Preferred

Automobile OEMs (EV would be additional plus)

Qualifications

Post graduate diploma/ MBA in Management/Post Graduation in Electronics, Mechanical/ Mechatronics/Automobile systems

General Requirements

Strategic management of the sales for all channel partners in a zone. Develop and execute strategies focused on customer experience and satisfaction and develop capability of the channel partners and all touchpoints to sell EVs.

This role is crucial to the business establishment and growth of MEAL and will report into the NATIONAL HEAD - SALES, MEAL.
