Job Title : Zonal Collections Head

Department: Collections(Used Commercial Vehicle/Two Wheeler)

Location: South

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and manage end-to-end collections operations across multiple states to achieve recovery targets, ensure compliance, and maintain portfolio health.

- Develop and implement strategic collection plans to achieve zonal recovery and delinquency targets.
- Lead, guide, and motivate State/Regional Collections Heads to deliver solid portfolio performance.
- Monitor key metrics including DPD, roll rates, recovery ratios, and cost of collections to ensure sustained improvement.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and legal requirements in collection operations.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and digital collection initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Credit, Risk, and Legal to drive end-to-end resolution strategies.




- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, agencies, and external partners to support ethical recoveries.
- Review and present performance insights to senior leadership, implementing corrective actions where needed.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience: 10 - 15 years in collections with at least 3 - 5 years in state or regional leadership role.

- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability

- Candidate must have in-house collection team handling experience
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Deep understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks in collections
