Job Requirements : Zuora Billing & Revenue Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise to support, enhance, and optimize our Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Subscription Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition processes. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), Zuora Workflows, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Development, and integrations across enterprise systems.

Functional Responsibilities

- Design and support:

- Product Catalog
- Product Rate Plans & Charges

- Subscriptions and Amendments
- Invoicing, Credits, and Adjustments
- Revenue Recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)
- Revenue Contracts and POB Management
- Support month-end revenue close activities and revenue troubleshooting.
- Drive process improvements and automation opportunities across Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define scalable subscription and revenue solutions.

Technical Responsibilities

- Configure and develop solutions using:

- Zuora Billing

- Zuora Revenue (RevPro)

- Zuora CPQ / Quotes

- Zuora Workflow
- Build and maintain automation workflows for:

- Subscription lifecycle management

- Billing processes

- Revenue processing

- Data synchronization

- Develop Salesforce customizations using

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Apex Classes

- Apex Triggers

- SOQL/SOSL

- Lightning Framework




- Design and develop integrations using:

- REST APIs

- SOAP APIs
- Middleware platforms (OIC, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
- Perform root cause analysis and production support for billing and revenue issues.
- Create technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment plans.

- 3+ years of experience in Zuora Billing and Subscription Management.
- 1+ years of experience with Zuora Revenue (RevPro).
