About the RoleWe are looking for a YouTube Executive – Rajshri Telugu to manage the day-to-day operations of Rajshri’s Telugu YouTube channels.
The role involves uploading, publishing, optimizing and maintaining Telugu movie and entertainment content on YouTube, along with supporting content monetization and maintaining accurate records of published content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Rajshri Telugu YouTube channels.
- Upload and publish movies, TV shows, clips and other entertainment content on YouTube.
- Create and optimize titles, descriptions, synopses, tags and other metadata in English for Telugu content.
- Ensure videos are uploaded with accurate thumbnails, metadata, playlists and relevant settings.
- Schedule videos and ensure timely publishing as per the content calendar.
- Support content monetization on YouTube.
- Monitor the performance and status of uploaded content.
- Maintain accurate records and trackers of all uploaded and scheduled videos.
- Coordinate internally with content, creative and other relevant teams for timely publishing.
- Ensure content is published in accordance with YouTube policies and internal guidelines.
- Monitor basic channel and video-level metrics and flag any issues where required.
- Handle operational activities related to YouTube channels, including video updates, corrections and metadata changes.
- Maintain proper documentation of content published across the channels.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in YouTube channel management, digital content operations or a similar role.
- Fluency in Telugu – Read, Write and Speak – is mandatory.
- Valuable command of English, particularly for writing titles, descriptions and synopses.
- Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio is preferred.
- Basic understanding of YouTube SEO, metadata and monetization.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining content trackers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple uploads and deadlines efficiently.
- Interest in movies, television and digital entertainment will be an added advantage.
