leading manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Works Manager for its Irungattukottai (Near Chennai) facility.

Key Requirements:

βœ” Expertise in CNC Programming

βœ” Hands-on experience with Cold Forging Machines

βœ” Solid skills in Production Planning, Execution & Daily Output Management

βœ” Proven leadership experience managing and motivating a 100+ member shop floor team

βœ” B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 8–12 years of experience in Forging/Machining plants
