About IZGGI

IZGGI is a fast-growing fashion brand crafting trend-driven, premium-quality apparel for the modern generation. We're looking for a creative, detail-obsessed Women's Wear Designer to help build and elevate our women's fashion line from the ground up.

What You'll Do

- Research global and Indian fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes to keep our line ahead of the curve
- Design seasonal women's wear collections that stay true to the IZGGI identity
- Create sketches, CADs, mood boards, and design presentations that bring concepts to life
- Develop exact tech packs and production specifications
- Source fabrics, trims, prints, and embellishments with an eye for quality and cost
- Partner with sampling units, vendors, and production teams to ensure smooth, on-time execution
- Lead fit sessions and refine designs based on real feedback
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaign and product launches
- Balance creative vision with quality, cost, and production realities





What You Bring

- A bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in women's wear design
- Solid understanding of garment construction, pattern development, and fabric behavior
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- A sharp eye for current trends and forecasting
- Strong creative instincts paired with meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to juggle multiple collections and deadlines with ease
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with D2C or fashion-forward brands
- Skills in embroidery, prints, and surface development
- Familiarity with CLO 3D or similar visualization software
- End-to-end knowledge of garment development
