About the Campaign

We are hiring confident International Telecalling Executives for an Ed-Tech campaign focused on customers in the USA, UK and Australia.

The role focuses on lead qualification, demo booking, follow-up and completed demo conversion rather than simply call volume.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound international calls to prospective parents/customers

Understand academic requirements and learning needs

Qualify prospects according to campaign criteria

Explain the relevant learning solution

Handle questions and objections professionally

Schedule qualified demos

Follow up with booked prospects

Confirm and improve demo attendance

Update CRM accurately





Achieve daily/monthly performance targets

Follow quality and compliance standards

Performance Target The campaign model targets approximately 4–6 Completed Demos (Demo Done) per agent/day.

Requirements

Excellent spoken English

Good international communication skills

Confident and persuasive personality

Comfortable speaking with parents/customers

Sales/telecalling/BPO experience preferred

Freshers with robust English communication may apply

Comfortable working with CRM and calling software

Target-oriented and disciplined

Salary

Salary: As per experience + performance incentives
