Role Description This is a hybrid/remote role for a Website Developer at.

The Website

Developer will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining the company’s web presence, including public-facing sites and internal tools. Day-to-day tasks include implementing front-end interfaces, integrating back-end services and APIs, optimizing site performance, and ensuring responsive, accessible design across devices. The role also involves collaborating with product, marketing, and compliance teams to publish content, support new product launches, and maintain accurate, up-to-date information on leveraged ETPs.

Developer will monitor site reliability, troubleshoot issues,



and contribute to continuous improvements in user experience and security.

Qualifications

- Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI frameworks, CMS - Umbraco .
- Back-End Web Development and Programming skills, such as working with server-side languages, APIs, databases, and integration with financial data sources.
- Broad Web Development experience, covering site architecture, performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows (CI/CD, code reviews, testing).
- Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into transparent, user-friendly web features and content structures.
- Experience with CMS platforms and analytics tools to manage content and track user behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in financial services or fintech is an advantage.
