Position: Production Manager

Location: Unjah

Department: Operations / Manufacturing

Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Head

(Only Male )

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize production schedules based on business requirements.

- Ensure effective utilization of resources, equipment, and manpower.

- Monitor production targets and ensure timely delivery of products.

- Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.

- Implement quality control standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Maintain production records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Supervise and lead the production team, including shift supervisors and operators.





- Monitor machine performance and ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Ensure adherence to ISO and other industry-specific standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing/production management.

- Strong knowledge of production planning tools and ERP systems.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Good communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen is a plus.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
