Job Title: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities to ensure productive workflow and productivity

- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet targets

- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations in compliance with company policies

- Coordinate with quality control teams to maintain product standards

- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to ensure performance goals are met

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed

- Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing practices





- Ensure proper inventory control of raw materials and finished products

- Collaborate with planning, logistics, and other departments to optimize production flow

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)

- 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment

- Strong knowledge of production machinery and processes

- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
