Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Java & Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)



Trainer at CertED Technologies. The trainer will design and deliver structured training sessions on core Java, advanced Java concepts, and DSA for learners at various levels.

Day-to-day activities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, conducting live online classes, creating hands-on coding exercises, and guiding learners through problem-solving and algorithmic thinking. The role involves evaluating learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners in interview preparation and placement readiness. The trainer will collaborate with the training team to keep the curriculum aligned with current industry standards and participate in continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented programming, with practical experience in developing Java-based applications.
- Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, including arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, sorting, searching, and complexity analysis.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training, preferably in Java programming, DSA, or related technical subjects.
- Ability to design clear, structured training content, assignments, coding challenges, and assessments for diverse learner groups.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools, code editors, learning management systems, and remote collaboration platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of additional technologies such as full stack development, data science, cloud platforms, or DevOps is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to learner success, continuous learning, and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
