Job Title: Jewellery Sales Executive

Department: Retail Sales / Showroom

Job Type: Full time

Reports To: Store Manager / Sales Manager

(Male & Female Both Can Apply)

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.

- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of products.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

- Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure proper documentation.

- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the display counters.

- Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends, collections, and product knowledge.

- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the store or management.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.





- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum HSC or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in retail or jewellery sales (preferred).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Well-groomed and presentable appearance.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.

- Fluency in English and local language(s) is an advantage.

- Trustworthy and able to handle high-value products responsibly.

- Customer-centric attitude with a passion for luxury retail.
