Job Title: Ezy Colour Consumer Associate

Department: Sales & Customer Service

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Store Manager / Regional Head

(Only male can apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting appropriate paint products and shades using the EzyColour Kiosk or digital visualization tools.

- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and application techniques.

- Maintain in-store displays, shade cards, and sample tools to enhance visual merchandising.

- Capture customer details and follow-up for lead generation and feedback.

- Coordinate with the sales team and contractors to facilitate site visits or product trials when required.

- Ensure a clean, professional, and inviting store setting.

- Stay updated with the latest colour trends and product innovations.





- Conduct live demos or presentations during promotional events.

- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve queries efficiently.

- Track customer preferences and report insights to improve service offerings.

Eligibility / Skills Required:

- Graduate or Diploma in any field (preferred in Interior Design / Retail / Marketing).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of colour schemes, interior aesthetics, and home décor.

- Customer-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

- Familiarity with digital tools or retail software is a plus.

- Fluency in local language; basic English proficiency is desirable.
